IRIVET developed LOD 300 BIM models and produced detailed shop drawings for an exclusive 5-star hotel and branded residences in Diriyah Gate, Riyadh. The scope covered 86 guest rooms plus one royal suite, 9 branded residences with their communal areas, and extensive public-space interiors including spa, restaurants, lounge, fitness, and leisure facilities.

Our team coordinated architectural, interior, and MEP interfaces to ensure clear deliverables for construction and fit-out. This allowed precise spatial layout, clash-free installation planning, and comprehensive fabrication-ready documentation, streamlining execution and improving coordination across stakeholders.
